Payment Options
- By Mail: Send payment (check, money order, or cashier’s check) to the address on your bill – 2900 S. Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103. Please add your phone # to any checks/payments. Any incorrect payments will have to be returned.
- Drop-Off Boxes: Located both inside and outside the Municipal Building.
- In person during in office days: Hours will be posted on bills or by voicemail message.
Make checks payable to:
- Salisbury Township – for the township bill which mails April 1st
- Salisbury Township School District – for the school bill which mails July 1st
(Separate checks are required for each parcel.)
Important Payment Details
- After December 15 through December 31: Only certified funds (certified bank check or money order) accepted.
- Cash Payments: Exact cash required and only accepted during any in-office hours.
- Returned Checks: $25 fee for non-sufficient funds.
- Unpaid Taxes: Turned over to Portnoff Law Associates on January 1st for collection. No late payments are accepted. Any late payments will be returned.
Receipts
- Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with mailed payments to receive a receipt,
or visit during in office hours to obtain one in person. Both copies of your tax bill are required for a receipt. Otherwise, only one copy is required.
Additional Services
- Duplicate Bill Fee: $10 per bill
- Tax Certifications: $30 per year requested
- Payable by check to Tamara Kulik Smarch
- Request must be in writing and mailed with payment to 2900 S Pike Ave. Allentown, PA 18103, including a self-addressed & stamped return envelope or email/fax # in order to return the tax certification
