Hear the appeal of Paul & Nancy Holler for a favorable interpretation of a Variance to enlarge an existing garage and build a 2nd story addition with a vertical platform lift and staircase. The Applicant is requesting a Variance to reduce the side yard from 15 feet down to 4 feet to allow for a larger garage and a second story addition.
