The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 S. Pike Ave, Allentown, PA 18103. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
1610 East Emmaus Avenue (Appeal No. 23-0389) – Appeal of Arts Academy Charter Middle School requesting variance relief from §27-703 to erect two directional signs with each having a face of 18 square feet (3 square feet permitted) and each containing advertising (advertising not permitted). The property is located within the R3, Medium Low Density Residential zoning district.
