Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 S. Pike Ave, Allentown, PA 18103. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
950 South Ott Street (Appeal No. 24-0124) – Appeal of Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company requesting variance relief from §27-704.1 (27 Attachment 8) to install two wall signs with a total of 75 square foot of sign face; maximum permitted 20 square feet. The property is located within the R2, Low Density Residential zoning district.
