Planning Commission Meeting

The Salisbury Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown PA 18103. The meeting will be to discuss the following item:
Lot Consolidation No. PZ-23-0010 – Review the lot consolidation plan submitted by Danny Ray Miller to consolidate 455 Stoneridge Road and 470 Rock Cliff Road into one 14,093 square foot parcel. 455 Stoneridge Road is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and 470 Rock Cliff Road is improved with two accessory structures. Both parcels are located within the R2, Low Density Residential zoning district.
