Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m via the Zoom online meeting platform as permitted by PA Act 15 of 2020 during a public meeting the Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners will act on a proposed Ordinance amending Section 807 of Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Salisbury Township Code of Ordinances, a summary of which is set forth in the following caption:
AN ORDINANCE
OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SALISBURY, LEHIGH COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING SECTION 807 OF CHAPTER 27 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE SALISBURY TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO TEMPORARY TENTS, STRUCTURES OR USES
Any interested parties wishing to participate in the meeting must register in advance at https://salisburylehighpa.gov/event/board-of-commissioners-meeting-123/ and click “Register Here”. Instructions will be provided to all registered participants. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined or inspected by any citizen in the Salisbury Township Community Development Office at 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA during regular business hours (M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM) or email info@salisburylehighpa.gov.
