ZONING HEARING BOARD
TUESDAY APRIL 6, 2021 at 7:00PM
The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 PM remotely through the Zoom platform. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
APPEAL NO. 21-0044 – 3007 MEADOWBROOK CIRCLE NORTH
Appeal of Joshua and Katie Wells for a Variance from §27-307.2.B (Attachment 5) to construct a one-story residential addition within the required rear yard setback (40 feet required, 36.5 feet proposed). The property is located within the R3, Medium Low Density Residential zoning district.
All applicants and interested parties are required to participate remotely through the Zoom platform. Pre-registration is required and can be accessed through the Township website at: https://salisburylehighpa.gov/event/zoning-hearing-board-meeting-94/.
As per the provisions of PA Act 15, enacted April 20, 2020, any interested party who cannot participate but wishes to submit comments prior to the meeting, may submit such by sending an email to info@salisburylehighpa.gov with “ZHB 4-6-2021” in the subject heading or by sending U.S. mail to Salisbury Township, Attn: ZHB 4-6-2021, 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103. All comments must be received by 4:30PM on Monday, April 5, 2021.
