Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

The Salisbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building located at 2900 S. Pike Ave, Allentown, PA 18103. The meeting will be held to hear the following case:
2910 Fairfield Drive (Appeal No. 25-0074) – Appeal of Elizabeth Marcon and Joshua Hauck requesting variance relief from §27-307.2.A (27 Attachment 4) to construct two-story addition to the residence with a rear yard setback of 28.34’ (40’ required). The property is located within the R2, Low Density Residential zoning district.
